1. Card payment rules
The following bank cards and payment methods are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and Mir. Additional methods (SberPay, T-Pay, Yandex Pay) may be enabled once integrated with the acquiring provider.
Online payments are processed in accordance with the rules of international payment systems, observing the principles of confidentiality and payment security. Modern methods of verification, encryption, and transmission over closed channels are used.
Bank card details are entered on the secure payment page of the acquiring bank (Alfa-Bank or YooKassa). Exlogare never sees or stores your card data.
2. How the service is delivered
After a successful payment, access to the SaaS platform (or the purchased analysis pack credit) is provisioned automatically in the Personal Account — instantly, and no later than 24 hours after the transaction is settled.
3. Refund policy
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (Art. 429.4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on subscription agreements, Art. 1235 on license agreements), the right to use software of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange.
Refunds for purchased subscriptions or analysis packs are not issued, because the service for granting the right to use the Platform is deemed rendered the moment access is opened in the Personal Account or the pack is credited to the account.
If you cancel a subscription, access is preserved until the end of the paid period. Proportional refunds for the remaining days or unused quota are not made.

4. Data security
The personal information you provide (name, email, phone, card data) is confidential and is not disclosed. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is never stored on Exlogare's web servers — transmission is handled entirely by the PCI-compliant acquiring bank.
