This Policy defines the procedure for processing and securing personal data of users of the Exlogare service, located at https://exlogare.net (the "Site").
The operator of personal data is ИП Резванцев Андрей Владимирович (OGRNIP: 323246800039368, INN: 245905335067), hereinafter the "Operator".
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006.
1.2. Using the Site and the Platform constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the data-processing terms it defines.
1.3. If the User disagrees with these terms, the User must stop using the Site.
2. Purposes of processing
The Operator processes personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Identification of the User registered on the Site (Personal Account).
- Providing the User with access to the Exlogare SaaS platform and the integration with the User's GitLab account.
- Communication with the User, including notifications, requests about the Site, and support tickets.
- Payment processing (via Alfa-Bank / YooKassa and similar providers).
- Sending the User informational and promotional material (only with separate consent).
3. Personal data we process
3.1. The Operator may process the following data:
- Email address.
- First name and last name (when filling in the profile).
- GitLab user identifier (when connecting via OAuth).
- Technical data automatically transmitted while using the Site (IP address, cookie data, browser information, device characteristics, date and time of access).
3.2. CI/CD pipeline logs.
The User understands and agrees that by using the Platform they grant access to the logs of their repositories. The Operator does not control the content of those logs and processes them automatically. If the User allows third-party personal data to appear in logs, they do so under their own responsibility and warrant that they have the lawful basis for such transfer. The Operator does not use log data for any purpose other than analysing failures at the User's request.
4. How we process data
4.1. Processing is performed on a lawful and fair basis.
4.2. Security of personal data is achieved through legal, organisational, and technical measures required by Federal Law 152-FZ.
4.3. Databases containing the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are hosted on servers physically located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
4.4. The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties only when:
- The User has given consent to such actions;
- Transfer is necessary in the context of a specific service or to fulfil an agreement (e.g. transferring data to a payment gateway to process a transaction);
- Transfer is required by Russian law under an established procedure.
5. Payment data
5.1. When paying for services on the Site, the Operator does not collect or store full bank card data of the User.
5.2. Payment is processed on the secure page of the acquiring bank (Alfa-Bank or YooKassa). The Operator receives only a notification of transaction success/failure and a token (masked card number) used to identify the transaction.
6. Data updates and consent withdrawal
6.1. The User may update or supplement the personal data provided at any time through the Personal Account.
6.2. The User may withdraw consent to personal-data processing by sending a written request to hello@exlogare.net with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to personal-data processing".
6.3. Withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to use the Site's services.
