Terms of Service

This document is a solid template and reflects how Exlogare actually operates. It has not yet been reviewed by outside counsel — consult your own lawyer before relying on it contractually.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Exlogare service, website, and API (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Exlogare analyses CI/CD pipeline logs and returns a structured root-cause analysis via the interfaces you configure (GitLab merge request comment, Slack, Telegram, Matrix, or API). The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis, subject to the rest of these Terms.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for every action taken from your account and for keeping integration credentials confidential.
  • You must not use the Service to process logs to which you don't have the right to grant access.

4. Plans, fees, and billing

Subscription and usage fees are set out at /pricing. Billing is handled via YooMoney. Usage over the plan limit is billed on the next cycle. We give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, rent, or resell the Service without written permission.
  • Use the Service to generate, store, or transmit malware, illegal content, or infringing material.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or multi-tenant isolation.
  • Submit logs that you know to contain the personal data of third parties who have not consented.

6. Intellectual property

Exlogare and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, the software, and the documentation. You retain ownership of your logs and RCA outputs; you grant Exlogare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process them strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Data handling

Exlogare is a managed SaaS that analyses pipeline logs on your behalf. Logs are processed by our analysis layer in memory only and discarded as soon as the RCA is produced — we do not retain the raw log content in our database. What we persist is limited to the generated RCA text and the minimal routing metadata required to deliver it (project, pipeline URL, merge request identifier, severity, confidence).

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are delinquent on payment, or pose a security risk. On termination, we delete your account and pipeline data within 90 days, except where retention is legally required.

9. Disclaimers

The Service's RCA output is advisory. Exlogare is not liable for engineering decisions made on the basis of RCA suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exlogare's aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction set out in your order form or, in the absence of one, by the laws of the European Union country in which Exlogare is principally established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
